DFW Seller Realty (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. The two forms on this site — the contact form and the home valuation request — ask for your name, email address, phone number, and, for a valuation, the address of the property and your selling timeline. We do not collect any of this information passively, and we do not require an account to browse the site.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare the valuation you asked for, and follow up about that request. We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts and photography is served by Unsplash; both receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering those files. The MLS property search is an embedded tool operated by North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) and is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded NTREIS MLS search sets its own session cookies in order to function; if your browser blocks third-party cookies, that tool may not load, and the page offers a direct link as an alternative.

Retention

We keep enquiry and valuation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to Texas real estate brokers. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gary@dfwseller.com or call 214-631-9090.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page.
